Calendly has a number of pricing tiers including three paid plans ranging from $8 USD to $16 USD per month.
Basic (Free)
The basic plan for Calendly is free and lets you book an unlimited number of meetings with one meeting type. It’s a great option for solopreneurs or those just needing a quick way to schedule Zoom calls.
Essentials ($8 / Month)
The Essentials plan is $8 per month per user and provides some additional features like the ability to connect multiple calendars per user, custom meeting links, multiple event types and automated event notifications.
Professional ($12 / Month)
The Professional plan improves on the Essentials plan by adding custom email notifications and reminders, text notifications, automated workflows and some analytics and insights.
Teams ($16 / Month)
The Teams plan costs $16 per user per month. It adds the ability to create team-based event types like round robin events. It also allows you to lock and sync managed events across your entire team so you can easily manage event types for your entire team all at once.
If you have a team of salespeople, for example, the Teams plan would be a great choice.
Enterprise (Custom $)
The enterprise plan is custom priced based on your needs. It’s for larger organizations that require additional features like an activity audit log, Single Sign-on (SSO) and personalized onboarding and support from Calendly.
